1.1 Wedding Dresses
Wedding dresses are tailored to fit each bride perfectly, and customers sign off their satisfaction with the dress before it leaves our premises. Hence, there is no return allowed once the dress has been purchased and altered for the bride.
1.2 Evening Dresses
For evening dresses, a customer may return a dress for exchange for credit for another dress up to the same value within 3 days of purchase, providing all tags and labels remain attached to the dress.
Customers requesting a refund for their purchase may do so within 3 days of date of purchase, given that a 20% restocking and handling fee will be charged by A’mour.
Original purchase receipts must be presented with any returned items.
