Had theee best time at A`mour Bridal Boutique , for my first fitting (I went alone ) there was appointment that was made before me that ran over but the lovely lady Pauline took me to another room to try on dresses and not leave me waiting! Which was so accommodating.

They have wide a variety of stunning designer dresses so I had to come back with my family to try on more .

My second appointment was with Amy and she knows her stuff! What compliments my body type.

She made feel very comfortable during the fitting and was super funny and entertaining .

It has been an awesome journey meeting Amy.
As the grandmother and mother of our bride, Amy made it possible for us to meet with her for advice, as Jone were not able to find her dreamdress in Capetown.
Amy just had a look at photos which we showed her and it was evident to have Jone flown for a booking.
Once again Amy made it possible for a booking on short notice.
On arriving at Amy we were welcomed with so much friendliness and also from her lovely two attendants .
Amy then pulled out a few wedding gowns and from the very first fitting Jon'e was emotional and excited. She fitted the other beautiful dresses which she had difficulty to decide which dress to choose, eventually she decided, and gave a big YES to the first dress that Amy made her fit. Amy DEFINITELY knows which style fits a bride's figure and personality.
We were all blown away as I must mention that Jon'e had different styles in mind, Amy you made it all so exciting for us to see how you bought out the best qualities in Jon'e figure for her perfect fit!

I made my appointment and I was super excited but nervous as well (scared I wouldn't find THE dress)
On our way to the appointment we got stuck in traffic, accident, our trip delayed with 2 hours. Meaning I would miss my appointment. I phoned Amy and without hesitation she offered to move my appointment to later that same day. That already just made my day.

We got there.
We were welcomed by a friendly Amy, some wine, snacks and a gift!
We chatted and she went on to pull a few dresses so we could start! Now I was really nervous. I started trying on the dresses, feeling self conscious about everything. Amy put me to ease with every single dress. I started to feel calmer and with each dress more beautiful. She also pulled a few dresses that I would NEVER have picked myself and by the time she was done I felt like I could walk a fashion show runway in Paris. I felt like the most beautiful soon to be bride.

Between all this I found THE ONE. I felt beautiful and confidant and I found myself swirling around like a queen. I said YES TO THE DRESS!

This was by far the greatest experience of the wedding planning journey and I wish I could do it over again! I can't wait to shine on our big day.

The ladies at Amour Bridal Boutique have, by far, been my favourite experience of my wedding planning process. They went the extra mile to assist me, when I was stressed about getting the right dress, so much so that they opened up shop on their off day, just to accommodate me. The ladies are kind, fun and will make anyone feel comfortable, the moment they enter the boutique. From Pauline, to Amy, to their seamstress Jen... Their service alone is in a league of its own, and I haven't even touched on their dresses.

They offer such a wide range of stunning, quality bridal gowns, that will spoil you for choice. I love that they're one of the VERY few boutiques in the country, that offer the same dress options for all shapes and sizes; as so often plus-size brides have limited options when shopping for a wedding dress. I ended up having to choose from 3 gorgeous gowns, coz they were all so amazing. They also gave me some options I never had in mind, and actually ended up saying "YES" to one of those gowns. They are very knowledgeable, patient and know exactly what kind of dresses will look best on a bride. Nothing ever feels like it's too much of an ask, to them, especially with my gazillion alterations to suit my dress to my personal style and theme. They were also very upfront about such costs, so you can make informed choices, without any last minute price hikes and changes like other boutiques. I cannot recommend this boutique enough.

I am so glad that I booked a last minute appointment at A’mour Bridal Boutique, and that they were able to fit me in. I had tried on numerous dresses at other bridal boutiques and was quite honestly dreading going through the process again.
